Aluminum Alloy Billet
We start with premium 6061-T6 aluminum alloy bar stock, the same aerospace-grade material used across every ANKUSI wheel.
IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified. From aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet to your exact size, offset, and finish — factory-direct, no middlemen.
Guangzhou Ankusi Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (ANKUSI) was founded in 2019 as a specialist manufacturer of custom aluminum alloy forged wheels, working today as a China wheel manufacturer for distributors and brands worldwide. Certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, we forge every wheel from premium 6061-T6 aluminum alloy on a 10,000-ton press, then CNC machine it into a custom CNC wheel finished and inspected in-house before shipment.

Every ANKUSI wheel is forged, turned, CNC machined and finished in-house, step by step, for full control over quality and fitment.

We start with premium 6061-T6 aluminum alloy bar stock, the same aerospace-grade material used across every ANKUSI wheel.

Each billet is press-forged into a solid wheel blank, then stacked to cool before machining.

The forged blank is mounted on a CNC lathe and turned to its final barrel diameter and inner profile.

Every custom fitment is engineered to exact PCD, offset and bolt-hole tolerances before it reaches the machining floor.

Multi-axis CNC machines mill the final spoke design, face contour and mounting surfaces to tight tolerances.

Wheels get an initial polish pass to smooth the surface and prepare it for painting, brushing or final finishing.

Each wheel is finished to spec, full spray, machined face, fine polish, brushed or chrome, in our dust-free coating line.

Completed wheels are inspected for fit, finish and structural integrity before packaging and shipment.
Certified quality systems and third-party wheel testing, including US DOT compliance, that distributors, performance shops, and export buyers can verify.
