Before you order for the Audi RS3 8Y
- On a performance car, the usual reasons to go forged are lower unsprung weight, a tighter wheel-to-fender fit and room for bigger brakes.
- The 8Y RS3 is one of the few cars with a wider front wheel than rear (9 inches front, 8 inches rear), so a square setup changes the handling balance and we discuss it before drawing.
- Factory brakes listed in our guide: Brembo 8-piston fixed front caliper (OEM, Audi RS). Spoke and barrel clearance is checked against them on the drawing.
- Hardware: the car uses M14x1.5 wheel bolts. Tell us if you are fitting aftermarket hardware so the seat type matches.
