Fitting Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series wheels? This page gives the 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series bolt pattern (5x150), centre bore, factory rim size and the offset range for aftermarket and forged Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series rims: the same spec sheet ANKUSI uses when machining forged wheels for this car.
Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series (2015): 5x150 bolt pattern, 110.1mm center bore. Factory wheels: F/R: 18x8.0J at ET60 offset, front and rear. Reference fitment ranges.
✓ Verified by ANKUSI's Engineering Team — IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 certified forged wheel manufacturer, TÜV/SFI/VIA compliant. See our factory & certifications →
| Configuration | Wheel Size & Offset |
|---|---|
| Factory (OE) | F/R: 18x8.0J F/R |
| Flush Fitment | 18x9.0J at ET35 offset |
| Maximum Aggressive | 20x9.5J at ET30 offset |
Use these two references before ordering: the left diagram shows where each spec (PCD, center bore, offset, width and diameter) is measured on the wheel; the right diagram shows how positive, zero and negative offset shift the wheel face relative to the hub centerline.

Trucks live and die on unsprung weight and load capacity — every pound added at the wheel is a pound the suspension has to control over every bump, fully loaded or not. Forging the wheel instead of casting it lets us hold the factory load rating while cutting rotational mass, which pays off directly in ride quality and steering response on a vehicle that spends real time towing or hauling.
The Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series runs a 5x150 bolt pattern, 110.1mm center bore, and a 18x8.0J, front and rear, wheel from the factory. Our Flush Fitment reference is 18x9.0J ET35, which tucks the tire under the fender lip on a stock-height Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series. Our Maximum Aggressive reference is 20x9.5J ET30 — beyond that offset, expect rubbing against the inner fender liner under compression without further trimming.
The 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series (Full-Size Pickup) uses a 5x150 bolt pattern with a 110.1mm center bore. Factory wheels are F/R: 18x8.0J F/R.
Why the factory spec works for most owners:
ANKUSI builds these wheels — we are the forging factory, not a reseller. For the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series (2015) we drill the 5x150 pattern and cut the centre bore to 110.1mm on our own CNC line, so the wheel hub-centres on the car with no spacer rings, in whatever diameter, width and offset you specify.

For a flush look, F/R 18x9.0J ET35 is a commonly used starting point — clearance must be verified on a stock or mildly lowered Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series.
F/R 20x9.5J ET30 is a more aggressive reference setup. Beyond this, expect rubbing under compression without fender rolling or camber correction.

The examples below are compiled from typical ANKUSI customer configurations and are labeled as reference cases, not individually verified real-world builds.
Case 1: Daily Driver (Flush Fit (Conservative))
Profile: Everyday driving, prioritizes comfort and low running cost.
Setup: 18x9.0J ET35
Cost: ~$620
Outcome: Minimal visual change, ride and fuel economy essentially unaffected.
Case 2: Balanced Enthusiast (Balanced)
Profile: Wants a sportier stance without sacrificing daily usability.
Setup: 19x9.5J ET33
Cost: ~$3,000
Outcome: Noticeable visual upgrade, fuel economy drop within the expected range.
Case 3: Show Build (Max Aggressive)
Profile: Built primarily for shows or occasional track/show use.
Setup: 20x9.5J ET30
Cost: ~$5,500
Outcome: Maximum visual impact; daily comfort and fuel economy are heavily compromised, physical test fit required before production.
Backspacing is calculated as wheel width (in) ÷ 2 + offset (mm) ÷ 25.4 + 0.5 (flange allowance):
Final clearance depends on the exact tire model, suspension height, brake package, alignment and vehicle tolerances. A physical test fit is recommended before production.
Want to check a different width or offset before you order? Use our Offset & Backspacing Calculator to solve the numbers yourself, or looking for your exact Toyota spec, or want a wheel built to a custom offset for your Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series? Contact ANKUSI with your bolt pattern and offset target and we will confirm the correct forged wheel spec for your build.
Everything above is reference data. If you want wheels actually built to it, that is what ANKUSI does: we are a forged wheel factory in Guangzhou, China, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, forging on our own 10,000-ton press and producing over 120,000 wheels a year. Forging blank, CNC machining, finishing, coating and inspection all happen in the same building — nothing is subcontracted and nothing is relabelled from another manufacturer.
Every set is cut to order, so the 5x150 pattern and the 110.1mm centre bore are machined for this car specifically rather than shimmed with adaptor rings. Diameter, width, offset, concavity, monoblock or multi-piece construction and the finish are all yours to choose — most Toyota orders on this platform land somewhere between the 18x9.0J ET35 flush setup and the 20x9.5J ET30 aggressive setup referenced above.
Designs we already tool for the 5x150 pattern — each one is re-cut to your sizes and offsets:

Thread & Fastener: M12x1.5, conical-seat lug nut.
Factory Torque Spec: 103-110 Nm (76-81 ft-lb). Range covers most Toyota passenger cars, crossovers, and light trucks on M12x1.5 studs.
TPMS: TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) has been federally mandated on all new light vehicles sold in the US since the 2008 model year. If your wheels use OE-style sensors, have them transferred or cloned to the new wheels at installation.
Tire Pressure: Always set tire pressure to the value on your vehicle's tire placard (driver's doorjamb or glovebox), not the max PSI printed on the tire sidewall — this is trim- and tire-size-specific and stays the same reference point when you switch to a different wheel and tire combination.
Reference data compiled from published OEM service specifications and cross-checked against independent repair sources; always confirm against your owner's manual or door-jamb placard before installation.
