Subaru Bolt Pattern & Center Bore Notes

Based on the 27 Subaru fitment guides we cover, we have documented 3 distinct bolt pattern / center bore combinations across different Subaru platforms and model years:

  • 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 56.1mm center bore — 23 models we cover, spanning 2014–2027.
  • 5x100 bolt pattern, 56.1mm center bore — 2 models we cover, spanning 2022–2024.
  • 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 60.1mm center bore — 2 models we cover, spanning 2023–2026.

Do not mix platforms: a wheel forged for one Subaru bolt pattern / center bore combination will not hub-center correctly on a different one, even if the diameter looks right. Always confirm your exact model and year against the bolt pattern and center bore listed on that model page below before ordering — or send us your VIN or trim level and we will confirm it for you.

Offset and backspacing recommendations vary by trim even within the same bolt pattern, mainly due to differences in brake caliper size and suspension geometry between base and performance trims. Every ANKUSI wheel is forged to your exact target offset, so send us your Subaru model, year, and trim and we will confirm the correct spec before production — no guessing required.

How to check the bolt pattern on your Subaru

The most common Subaru fitment in our guide is 5x114.3 with a 56.1 mm center bore (23 of 27 model years we cover).

  1. Read the stamping on the back of an original wheel: size, offset (ET) and bolt pattern are usually cast into a spoke or the hub pad.
  2. No stamping? Measure center-to-center between two adjacent lug holes. For 5x114.3 that distance is 67.2 mm (PCD × sin(180° / 5)). A 2 mm difference already means a different bolt pattern.
  3. Match generation and year on the model pages below — the same nameplate can change bolt pattern or center bore between generations.

Changing width or offset? Check how far the wheel moves in or out with our offset & backspacing calculator.

Vehicles Using 5x114.3 With a 56.1 mm Center Bore

No other make in our database pairs 5x114.3 with a 56.1 mm center bore, so wheels taken from other brands need a hub-centric ring or a custom bore.

5x114.3 is used by 20.0% of the vehicle pages in our English fitment guide (1,300 of 6,503); 1.5% of those also use a 56.1 mm center bore.

Hub-Centric Rings for a 56.1 mm Center Bore

A wheel with a center bore larger than 56.1 mm needs a hub-centric ring. The most common combinations:

Wheel boreRing size
57.1 mm57.1 → 56.1 mm
60.1 mm60.1 → 56.1 mm
63.4 mm63.4 → 56.1 mm
64.1 mm64.1 → 56.1 mm
73.1 mm73.1 → 56.1 mm

ANKUSI forged wheels are bored to exactly 56.1 mm for this vehicle, so no ring is needed.
