Ordering FAQ

What Buyers Usually Ask Before Ordering

Based on real questions from our customer inquiries.

How do I confirm the right bolt pattern, offset (ET) and center bore for my car?

Send us your vehicle (make, model, year) or your exact PCD, offset and center bore, and our engineering team will confirm the correct spec before production, using the same fitment data behind our Wheel Fitment Guide. We do not start production until fitment is confirmed on your side.

What finishes and colors are available?

Full spray color, machined face, fine polish, brushed, chrome, and dual-tone combinations are all available. Send a reference image or color code and we will confirm what is achievable for your design.

How much does a set of custom forged wheels cost?

We do not publish fixed prices because every set is made to your size, offset, construction (Monoblock vs 2-piece), and finish, and price scales with wheel diameter, width and complexity. Send your spec on WhatsApp or through our contact form and we will quote you directly, factory to buyer, with no trading-company markup.

Can you make custom center caps, including our own logo?

Yes. Custom center cap material and branding is part of our standard OEM/ODM program, alongside custom colors and wheel styling. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.

How do I know these are real forged wheels, not flow-formed or cast?

Every ANKUSI wheel starts as a solid 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billet, press-forged on our own 10,000-ton press, then CNC machined, finished and inspected in-house, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified. Flow-formed and cast wheels start from a different process entirely and cannot be certified the same way. You are welcome to ask for production photos of your specific order as it moves through our factory.

How long does production and shipping take?

Monoblock wheels take 15-20 business days to produce, 2-piece wheels take 25-30 business days, after your deposit and 3D rendering are confirmed. Finished wheels are then packed and shipped by sea or air freight, with the exact transit time depending on your destination and shipping method.

Can you add a custom logo or laser/CNC engraving?

This comes up often, and the answer depends on where you want it (center cap, spoke face, lip) and the design itself. Send us your logo or design idea on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is achievable for your build.

How does payment work?

We support Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection on new accounts, plus direct T/T deposit for repeat buyers and wholesale partners. Production starts once the deposit is confirmed, and the balance is due after you approve photos of your finished wheels.

Are your beadlock wheels functional or just for looks?

Our off-road beadlock wheels use real beadlock ring assembly as a dedicated step in production, not a cosmetic ring bolted over a standard wheel face. Let us know your intended use (low-pressure crawling, trail, show) so we can confirm the right beadlock spec for your build.

What is the difference between Monoblock and 2-piece wheels, and which should I choose?

Monoblock (1-piece) wheels are forged and machined from a single billet: lighter and stronger for a given size, with a simpler production process. 2-piece wheels are forged in sections and bolted or welded together, which allows deeper lips and step-lip designs but adds weight and cost versus an equivalent Monoblock. If you want the lightest possible setup, Monoblock is usually the better fit; if you want a deep-lip look or need to source a specific barrel width, 2-piece gives more flexibility.

How much do your forged wheels weigh?

Forged construction is inherently lighter than cast for the same strength rating, but exact weight depends on your specific size, width, offset and construction (Monoblock vs 2-piece). Send us your target spec and we will confirm the weight for that exact build.

Are your wheels certified?

Yes. Our factory is IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, and our wheels are tested to JWL/VIA (passenger wheel test standard) and DOT (US compliance) as well as TUV / SFI / VIA standards depending on the market.

What does shipping cost, and does it change with order size?

Shipping is quoted alongside your wheel quote once we know your destination, order quantity and preferred method (sea or air freight). Larger orders generally have a lower shipping cost per wheel.
