Production begins with a cylindrical billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, heated and pressed under thousands of tons of force in a forging press. This compresses the metal and aligns its grain structure along the shape of the wheel.

The forged blank then moves to CNC machining, where multi-axis lathes and mills cut the face design, barrel profile and bolt pattern to precise tolerances.

Once machined, the wheel proceeds to finishing, followed by a full quality control pass including dimensional checks and load testing.
