Fitting Mini Seven wheels? This page gives the 2016 Mini Seven bolt pattern (5x112), centre bore, factory rim size and the offset range for aftermarket and forged Mini Seven rims: the same spec sheet ANKUSI uses when machining forged wheels for this car.
Quick answer: The 2016 Mini Seven uses a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.6 mm centre bore and M14x1.25 lug bolts. Factory wheels: 17x7J at ET46. For aftermarket wheels, 18x8J ET38 sits flush and 19x8.5J ET35 is the most aggressive fit.
Forged wheels for the 2016 Mini Seven — drilled 5x112 with a 66.6 mm centre bore, built to the offset you choose. From $220 per wheel, made to order in 20–25 days.
Mini Seven (2016): 5x112 bolt pattern, 66.6mm center bore. Factory wheels: 17x7J. Reference fitment ranges.

Use these two references before ordering: the left diagram shows where each spec (PCD, center bore, offset, width and diameter) is measured on the wheel; the right diagram shows how positive, zero and negative offset shift the wheel face relative to the hub centerline.

Hot hatches and performance compacts are built around quick direction changes, so rotational mass at the wheel has an outsized effect on how the car actually feels to drive. Forging trims that mass while holding the same strength margin as the factory wheel, which is exactly the trade-off this kind of platform rewards.
The Mini Seven runs a 5x112 bolt pattern, 66.6mm center bore, and a 17x7J at ET46, front and rear, wheel from the factory. Our Flush Fitment reference is 18x8J ET38, which tucks the tire under the fender lip on a stock-height Mini Seven. Our Maximum Aggressive reference is 19x8.5J ET35 — beyond that offset, expect rubbing against the inner fender liner under compression without further trimming.
The 2016 Mini Seven (Limited Hatchback) uses a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.6mm center bore. Factory wheels are 17x7J at ET46.
Why the factory spec works for most owners:
ANKUSI builds these wheels — we are the forging factory, not a reseller. For the Mini Seven (2016) we drill the 5x112 pattern and cut the centre bore to 66.6mm on our own CNC line, so the wheel hub-centres on the car with no spacer rings, in whatever diameter, width and offset you specify.

The figures on this page are part of our open wheel fitment dataset — 10,093 vehicles, free to download, CC BY 4.0.
Eibach Pro-Kit springs; 18x8.0J ET38 BBS SR wheels; standard brakes; Michelin Primacy 4 215/45 R18 tires. Note: Heritage styling package honoring the original 1959 Austin Seven.
Backspacing is calculated as wheel width (in) ÷ 2 + offset (mm) ÷ 25.4 + 0.5 (flange allowance):
Final clearance depends on the exact tire model, suspension height, brake package, alignment and vehicle tolerances. A physical test fit is recommended before production.

In our database, 823 other vehicle entries from 21 makes use exactly the same 5x112 bolt pattern and 66.6 mm center bore. Factory wheels from these cars bolt on and center on the hub without rings; offset and width still have to be checked.
5x112 is used by 21.6% of the vehicle pages in our English fitment guide (1,407 of 6,503); 58.6% of those also use a 66.6 mm center bore.
A wheel with a center bore larger than 66.6 mm needs a hub-centric ring. The most common combinations:
| Wheel bore | Ring size |
|---|---|
| 67.1 mm | 67.1 → 66.6 mm |
| 70.1 mm | 70.1 → 66.6 mm |
| 70.5 mm | 70.5 → 66.6 mm |
| 71.6 mm | 71.6 → 66.6 mm |
| 73.1 mm | 73.1 → 66.6 mm |
ANKUSI forged wheels are bored to exactly 66.6 mm for this vehicle, so no ring is needed.
