We forge every wheel to order at our own factory rather than stocking a fixed lineup. That means the bolt pattern, center bore, width, offset and concavity are cut to your specific car rather than picked from the closest catalog size — useful if your build has a brake upgrade, a coilover setup, or a stance that does not match a standard fitment chart. It also means you are buying directly from the manufacturer instead of through a dealer network, which is where a meaningful part of the price difference between a boutique brand and a factory-direct order tends to come from. Construction: what “hybrid forged” and “monoblock forged” actually mean

We build almost exclusively fully forged — every wheel starts as a solid block of 6061-T6 billet compressed under a 10,000-ton press, so the grain runs continuously through the spoke instead of the microscopic voids casting or a lower-grade hybrid process can leave behind. For deep concave and multi-spoke designs specifically, that matters because those profiles remove material exactly where a wheel is structurally weakest — a trade that is more forgiving in a fully forged wheel than in a hybrid or cast one.

Sizing: 20, 22 and 24-inch builds

The deep-concave, wide-lip look most people associate with this style of wheel scales differently by diameter. 20-inch builds are the most forgiving on tire selection and ride quality, and where we would point a first-time custom order. 22-inch is the common ground for a staggered, show-oriented stance on a sedan or SUV, trading some ride comfort for presence. 24-inch builds are almost exclusively a styling choice on trucks and SUVs with enough sidewall room to spare, and they demand the tightest offset and backspacing calculations of the three because there is so little margin for error at that diameter.

Gloss black and brushed clear remain the two most requested finishes on deep-concave multi-spoke designs because they let the spoke geometry carry the look without competing with paint. We also cut bronze, gunmetal and full custom colors to match a wrap or paint code, on a wheel already machined to your bore, offset and concavity — something a fixed catalog lineup cannot always offer without an upcharge or a long back-order.
