Fitting Chevrolet Cruze wheels? This page gives the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze bolt pattern (5x105), centre bore, factory rim size and the offset range for aftermarket and forged Chevrolet Cruze rims: the same spec sheet ANKUSI uses when machining forged wheels for this car.
Quick answer: The 2016 Chevrolet Cruze uses a 5x105 bolt pattern with a 56.6 mm centre bore and M12x1.5 lug nuts. Factory wheels: 18x7.5J ET39, front and rear. For aftermarket wheels, 19x8.5J ET32 sits flush and 19x9.0J ET28 is the most aggressive fit.
Forged wheels for the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze — drilled 5x105 with a 56.6 mm centre bore, built to the offset you choose. From $220 per wheel, made to order in 20–25 days.
Chevrolet Cruze (2016): 5x105 bolt pattern, 56.6mm center bore. Factory wheels: 18x7.5J at ET39 offset, front and rear. Reference fitment ranges.
✓ Data check: the bolt pattern and center bore on this page match an independent fitment reference. Last reviewed September 18, 2026. How we verify
| Configuration | Wheel Size & Offset |
|---|---|
| Factory (OE) | 18x7.5J F/R |
| Flush Fitment | 19x8.5J at ET32 offset |
| Maximum Aggressive | 19x9.0J at ET28 offset |
Every design below is forged to order, so it can be machined to the Chevrolet Cruze's 5x105 bolt pattern and 56.6 mm center bore, with the width and offset calculated for your setup.

Use these two references before ordering: the left diagram shows where each spec (PCD, center bore, offset, width and diameter) is measured on the wheel; the right diagram shows how positive, zero and negative offset shift the wheel face relative to the hub centerline.

Most of the engineering value in a forged wheel over a cast one shows up in rotational mass, not outright strength — both can meet the same load rating, but the forged piece gets there lighter. On a sedan platform tuned for everyday balance, that weight saving is felt directly in steering response and ride quality.
The Chevrolet Cruze runs a 5x105 bolt pattern, 56.6mm center bore, and a 18x7.5J, front and rear, wheel from the factory. Our Flush Fitment reference is 19x8.5J ET32, which tucks the tire under the fender lip on a stock-height Chevrolet Cruze. Our Maximum Aggressive reference is 19x9.0J ET28 — beyond that offset, expect rubbing against the inner fender liner under compression without further trimming.
The 2016 Chevrolet Cruze (Sedan) uses a 5x105 bolt pattern with a 56.6mm center bore. Factory wheels are 18x7.5J F/R.
Why the factory spec works for most owners:
ANKUSI builds these wheels — we are the forging factory, not a reseller. For the Chevrolet Cruze (2016) we drill the 5x105 pattern and cut the centre bore to 56.6mm on our own CNC line, so the wheel hub-centres on the car with no spacer rings, in whatever diameter, width and offset you specify.

The figures on this page are part of our open wheel fitment dataset — 10,093 vehicles, free to download, CC BY 4.0.
Final clearance depends on the exact tire model, suspension height, brake package, alignment and vehicle tolerances. A physical test fit is recommended before production.
Want to check a different width or offset before you order? Use our Offset & Backspacing Calculator to solve the numbers yourself, or looking for your exact Chevrolet spec, or want a wheel built to a custom offset for your Chevrolet Cruze? Contact ANKUSI with your bolt pattern and offset target and we will confirm the correct forged wheel spec for your build.
Backspacing ≈ width/2 + ET/25.4 + 0.5 in. "Inward" means closer to the suspension; "outward" means closer to the fender lip.
| Setup | Size | ET | Backspacing | Inward vs OE | Outward vs OE |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Factory (OE) | 18x7.5J | ET39 | 5.79 in (147 mm) | — | — |
| Flush | 19x8.5J | ET32 | 6.01 in (153 mm) | +6 mm | +20 mm |
| Maximum | 19x9J | ET28 | 6.10 in (155 mm) | +8 mm | +30 mm |
In our database, 34 other vehicle entries from 4 makes use exactly the same 5x105 bolt pattern and 56.6 mm center bore. Factory wheels from these cars bolt on and center on the hub without rings; offset and width still have to be checked.
5x105 is used by 0.6% of the vehicle pages in our English fitment guide (37 of 6,503); 100.0% of those also use a 56.6 mm center bore.
A wheel with a center bore larger than 56.6 mm needs a hub-centric ring. The most common combinations:
| Wheel bore | Ring size |
|---|---|
| 57.1 mm | 57.1 → 56.6 mm |
| 60.1 mm | 60.1 → 56.6 mm |
| 63.4 mm | 63.4 → 56.6 mm |
| 64.1 mm | 64.1 → 56.6 mm |
| 73.1 mm | 73.1 → 56.6 mm |
ANKUSI forged wheels are bored to exactly 56.6 mm for this vehicle, so no ring is needed.
Thread & Fastener: M12x1.5, conical-seat lug nut.
Factory Torque Spec: 136 Nm (100 ft-lb). Covers most Chevrolet passenger cars and crossovers on M12 studs.
TPMS: TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) has been federally mandated on all new light vehicles sold in the US since the 2008 model year. If your wheels use OE-style sensors, have them transferred or cloned to the new wheels at installation.
Tire Pressure: Always set tire pressure to the value on your vehicle's tire placard (driver's doorjamb or glovebox), not the max PSI printed on the tire sidewall — this is trim- and tire-size-specific and stays the same reference point when you switch to a different wheel and tire combination.
Reference data compiled from published OEM service specifications and cross-checked against independent repair sources; always confirm against your owner's manual or door-jamb placard before installation.
