Product Details

Forged wheels for the Ram 3500 Heavy Duty featuring the KG1 radar red-barrel design in Chrome / Red. Each wheel is forged from a solid 6061-T6 aluminium billet on ANKUSI's own 10,000-tonne press in Guangzhou, then CNC-machined, heat-treated and finished in-house under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Design details

As a one-piece monoblock it is machined from a single forging, the lightest and stiffest construction we make. It is supplied with a plain centre cap, or with your own logo on request. Drilled for 5-lug hubs (8x165.1 as listed below), with diameter from 14 to 24 inch depending on brake clearance. Load rating: 950–1,750 kg (2,094–3,858 lb) per wheel, set to your vehicle's axle load when the wheel is specified.

Featured fitment: Ram 3500 Heavy Duty – 8x165.1 PCD, 121.3mm center bore. Factory Ram HD wheels run 18x8.0J at ET42. ANKUSI fitment data for this chassis shows a flush setup at 18x9.0J ET18, stepping up to a max aggressive 20x10.0J ET0 for the wheel-poke look before fender clearance gets tight. Ram HD owners chasing this stance commonly pair the wheel change with a Carli 2.5-inch leveling system and 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

Offset / backspacing reference (max aggressive 20x10.0J ET0 example): backspacing ≈ 10.0/2 + 0/25.4 + 0.5 ≈ 5.5 inches. The flush 18x9.0J ET18 setup backspaces to ≈ 5.71 inches.

Shipping and returns

Sea freight for a set of four is US$250–450 depending on diameter (16–24 inch), with air freight available for up to 22 inch. Production takes 20–25 days and sea transit 30–35 days; the exact freight is confirmed in your quotation. Wheels are forged to order, so they are not returnable, but if a wheel has a quality problem caused by the wheel itself we make and ship a new one at our cost. Shipping and returns details.
