KG1 Forged Spike Multi-Spoke Forged Wheels – Ram 3500 Dually Fitment (20-22in, 8×165.1)

The KG1 Forged Spike wheel is a heavy-duty forged wheel finished in a mirror Polished face, featuring a pointed spike-style multi-spoke design engineered for dually HD trucks running aggressive positive-offset poke fitments. Every KG1 Forged wheel supplied by ANKUSI is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum billet, then CNC machined and finished and quality-checked in our Guangzhou facility before shipping.

Featured fitment: Ram 3500 Dually – 8x165.1 PCD, 121.3mm center bore. Factory Ram HD wheels run 18x8.0J at ET42. ANKUSI fitment data for this chassis shows a flush setup at 18x9.0J ET18, stepping up to a max aggressive 20x10.0J ET0 for the wheel-poke look before fender clearance gets tight. Ram HD dually owners chasing this stance commonly pair the wheel change with a BDS 3-inch radius arm suspension lift and 35-inch Toyo M/T tires. Note: Ram 2500/3500 gets a coil-spring rear suspension for a notable ride-quality improvement over leaf-spring HD trucks.

Offset / backspacing reference (max aggressive 20x10.0J ET0 example): backspacing ≈ 10.0/2 + 0/25.4 + 0.5 ≈ 5.5 inches. The flush 18x9.0J ET18 setup backspaces to ≈ 5.71 inches.
