BMW Bolt Pattern & Center Bore Notes
Based on the 601 BMW fitment guides we cover, we have documented 6 distinct bolt pattern / center bore combinations across different BMW platforms and model years:
- 5x120 bolt pattern, 72.6mm center bore — 287 models we cover, spanning 1968–2020.
- 5x112 bolt pattern, 66.6mm center bore — 242 models we cover, spanning 2014–2027.
- 5x120 bolt pattern, 74.1mm center bore — 24 models we cover, spanning 1996–2016.
- 4x100 bolt pattern, 57.1mm center bore — 18 models we cover, spanning 1962–1988.
- 5x132 bolt pattern, 66.6mm center bore — 11 models we cover, spanning 2025.
- 5x120 bolt pattern, 66.6mm center bore — 3 models we cover, spanning 2023–2024.
Do not mix platforms: a wheel forged for one BMW bolt pattern / center bore combination will not hub-center correctly on a different one, even if the diameter looks right. Always confirm your exact model and year against the bolt pattern and center bore listed on that model page below before ordering — or send us your VIN or trim level and we will confirm it for you.
Offset and backspacing recommendations vary by trim even within the same bolt pattern, mainly due to differences in brake caliper size and suspension geometry between base and performance trims. Every ANKUSI wheel is forged to your exact target offset, so send us your BMW model, year, and trim and we will confirm the correct spec before production — no guessing required.
